Setup & Configuration
This section covers everything needed to configure Pratham ResPOS before staff start using it. It is intended for store managers and administrators.
Recommended Setup Order
Follow these steps in order for a smooth first-time installation:
- First-Time Setup — Admin login, outlet selection, terminal assignment
- POS Settings — Store info, order types, appearance, discounts, loyalty
- Hardware Setup — Printers and cash drawer
- Payment Gateways — Pair your EFTPOS terminal
- Connected Displays — Kitchen display, customer display, order status screen
- Receipt Customisation — Receipt layout, header, and footer
